About THE HOUSE
An extraordinary house in El Cabañal neighbourhood
Built in 1932, this characterful home has been carefully restored to celebrate its original architecture. As an architect, I approached the renovation with great respect for its history, preserving its essence while introducing the comfort of a contemporary home and the subtle elegance of a boutique hotel.
Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of El Cabañal, the house is surrounded by lively restaurants, traditional bars and the local market. The beach and the marina are just a 5-minute walk away, and Valencia’s historic city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. The metro station is only 400 metres from the house, with direct connections to both the city centre and the airport.
This is our future retirement home — a place very close to our hearts. Until the day we move in permanently, we are delighted to share it with guests who wish to experience Valencia’s most authentic seaside district.
The property has been fully renovated and divided into two independent homes: R House and M House.
R House occupies the ground floor. Upon entering, you step into an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, all facing the private patio. Large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, making the patio a natural extension of the living space. An outdoor heater allows you to enjoy it comfortably throughout the year — although Valencia is blessed with very mild winters.
A staircase from the living room leads to a loft-style upper level with three single beds (190×90 cm), ideal for children or additional guests.
From the living area, a small hallway leads to the two main bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 160×200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a 160×190 cm bed. A second bathroom with a bathtub is located next to this room.

Some basic rules
1.Smoking is not allowed.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.Guest must endeavor not to affect the quiet life of other neighbors, with voices, music or noise. Any machinery or equipment, such as radio and/or television, cleaning equipment, etc, should be regulated in intensity, so that the noise does not go beyond the confines of the house in which they are being used. If that proves impossible, by their nature, then they must be used during hours other than those usually devoted to rest periods. Resting periods considered to be from 11pm to 9.00am and from 2pm to 4pm.
4. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses
7.Pets are not allowed.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9.Insurance: The house is insured by the home owner.
10.Water: Water is scarce in the area, so please use it with care.
11.Air condition: Please turn off when leaving the villa, for economical and environmental reasons.
