An extraordinary house in El Cabañal neighbourhood
This beautiful house from 1932, it is a unique space. As an architect, I have given it a lot of thought to conserve it taste but yet make it a beautiful place, with all the comfort of a modern house, and the luxury of a small hotel.
The neighbourhood of El Cabañal has a very rich life, restaurants, bars, market… and a great location: 5min from the beach and the port, 15min from city a.& s. The metro station is located 400m apart, and it takes you to the city center, and also to the airport.
This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal.
The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M.
M house is located in the upper level. As you enter, you will find the living-dining room and the kitchen. All of them overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia.
There is a small hall in the access, which leads you to the two bedrooms. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower, and the bed is 160×200.
There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, which has a bed 160×190, and a bed with a pull out bed underneath, and a bathroom with a shower.

El Cabañal is probably the most original and singular neighbourhood in Valencia, one of the seaside villages existing in the city that treasures a modernist architectural heritage unique in the world.

Some basic rules
1.Smoking is not allowed.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.Guest must endeavor not to affect the quiet life of other neighbors, with voices, music or noise. Any machinery or equipment, such as radio and/or television, cleaning equipment, etc, should be regulated in intensity, so that the noise does not go beyond the confines of the house in which they are being used. If that proves impossible, by their nature, then they must be used during hours other than those usually devoted to rest periods. Resting periods considered to be from 11pm to 9.00am and from 2pm to 4pm.
4. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses
7.Pets are not allowed.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9.Insurance: The house is insured by the home owner.
10.Water: Water is scarce in the area, so please use it with care.
11.Air condition: Please turn off when leaving the villa, for economical and environmental reasons.
